1. Who we are

Regenerous Labs, LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides AI‑powered tools that help organisations practise regenerative innovation.

2. What data we collect

GPT chats (processed by OpenAI) Prompts and responses - we do NOT store chat logs

Micro‑survey (PMF & WTP) - One letter + one digit (e.g., “A 2”) if shared to us by user. Used to measure product‑market fit and pricing preference - Retention: 12 months

Optional Google Form (“More feedback”) - Van Westendorp price points and open comments - Product and pricing research. Retention: 12 months

We do not intentionally collect personal identifiers unless you voluntarily include them in the survey fields.

3. How we use the data

Improve the accuracy, usability, and value of our GPT tools.

Analyse aggregate demand for pricing models (pay‑per‑use, blueprint license, SaaS).

4. Legal basis

Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6 f) – to develop and refine our AI products.

Consent – for any optional extended survey and subsequent contact.

5. Third‑party processors

Both providers participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for cross‑border transfers.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data and to object to its processing under GDPR and CCPA.

7. Security

All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2 or higher. Survey data is stored in Google Sheets with encryption at rest and access restricted to authorised Regenerous Labs personnel.

8. Changes to this policy

We will post any updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced via email to active alpha testers.
